All webhooks include a signature header for verification and retry for 24 hours on failure.

UTM format:

  • utm_source=practive
  • utm_medium=engagement or organic
  • utm_campaign={asset_name}
  • utm_content={channel}

Setup: Dashboard > Integrations > Google Analytics > Connect. Authorize your GA property and tracking starts automatically.


Google Tag Manager

Push Practive Ad data into your GTM data layer for advanced tracking and retargeting.

Data layer variables:

  • practive_source — Channel name
  • practive_fit_score — Engagement quality (0–1)
  • practive_intent — high / medium / low
  • practive_product — Asset name

Use cases: Fire conversion pixels only for high-intent visitors, build retargeting audiences by channel, segment analytics by intent level.

Setup: Dashboard > Integrations > GTM > Enter your Container ID.


Monitoring Your Integrations

View all connected services at Dashboard > Integrations:

  • Connection status and last sync time
  • Records synced count
  • Error messages (if any)
  • One-click disconnect

Troubleshooting tips:

  • Verify API credentials are still valid if a connection drops
  • Check field mappings if data isn't syncing correctly
  • Ensure webhook endpoints return 200 OK within 30 seconds
